Our Internship program

We all want to work with people who will solve problems for us. And even better, identify those problems in the first place, and get things done.
At IVB, we’ve meticulously built a special program to groom new gen business leaders who can do just that, and more. Talent which can sell, or build, or both, by themselves, and empowering those around them.

Student availability - Part-time, Remote or Hybrid (If Chennai or during vacation period). This program is currently ongoing.
Student activities - Internships only (no classes)
Student availability - Full-time, In-Office (any location). Students are expected to pursue 3 to 4 internships over 1 year.

Hire skilled interns for meaningful internships, where students are able to add value, and are available full-time and offline.

You can hire from our talent pool on the basis of demonstrated skills and proof of works.
Recommendations
IVB’s talent pool is available throughout the year/any time you need.
You can also hire intern(s) across cycles. The relieving intern(s) can document and handover work to new intern(s).
Stipend of Rs. 12,000 onwards, to meet expenses and motivate interns, increasing based on student profile and experience.
